People in the health world are unfortunately sometimes the easiest people to dupe because when you have a mission in your soul and you have goodness in your heart and the desire to help people, the blind spot is you are easily manipulated if someone knows how to pull on those strings. But the reality is it's also God, the universe's plan, what do you whatever you wanna believe in to forge and harden your soul, not to not be open, but to be able to cut through bullshit faster and see these people coming because their time is ending. This is a trend that I hope continues to happen, not the taking advantage of people, but the light shining on the shadows will reveal the emperor has no clothes.
And that's why we're doing this episode, and that's why we're in a lawsuit is to expose. What if I told you there are people out there that pretend to be a guru on one side of the coin and are completely different people on the other? Today, we are exposing Jason Shurka and the Light System. EES is revealing the facts about Jason Shurka and the dispute with EES. Jason Jason Shurka is a person that has a large social media following, much of which has been enabled by EES and EES investments.
Shurka appears to have loose affiliations with the truth. Shurka has made many questionable statements and said absolutely heinous things about my family, its founder, and the decades building the EES technology and platform. We're gonna need to dive into this. Shurka is also purposefully doing irreparable harm to EE system center owners while holding out a copycat scheme. And I can't be more pointed at this.
He took a lot of money from EES centers, a lot of money from EES, and we wanna know where the spend went because it didn't go to the mission that he stated it was for. Please help get the truth out about sharing this far and wide because I don't have the following Shurka does. He has over a million followers across social media. I think we're at a 100 k maybe across all, so I'm gonna need your help. Shurka unabashedly uses words like truth, transparency, and love and light as smokescreens for what appear to be deceptive actions and false narratives.
The truth will set you free, Jason. I I'm not sure if you're ready to be set free, but I think the time is now. Today, we are breaking the fake news and the fake false narratives. Just because you say something loud enough on the Internet doesn't make it necessarily true, Jason. Today, we are exposing Jason Shurka and the Light System secret society, aka TLS.
Strange that there's a society named TLS and a technology named TLS after that secret society seems to be no longer your focus? Is TLS a real secret society? Evidence or lack thereof suggests otherwise. Jason Shurka, the public demands proof that TLS actually exists. I knew you for a long time and I believed at the beginning.
The illusion has been shattered. TLS only became a reality when you made it one via social media. I think was that circa 2018 when you started taking up social media? Maybe? Did they exist before then?
You claim it is a 4,000 year old, seven to 8,000 member, real, covert, benevolent organization working to guide humanity. Well, did you they guide you into making a copycat of another person's technology that they work their life for? History has shown that every real society is traceable in some form over the years. The Illuminati, Freemasons, they all are staunchly throughout history hidden a little. Can you show me where TLS is hidden?
The organization supposedly possessed advanced knowledge involving consciousness, energy, energy healing, spirituality, and hidden history. Claims involving extraterrestrials, interdimensional beings, secret space programs, reincarnations, communications beyond the conventional human understanding, or lots of fringe science, but no proof. Assertions that TLS had influence over world events from behind the scenes for thousands of years. You have any proof? Jason Shurka.
Or did you just pull it out of thin air? Sudden retirement of the key hooded figure, Rey. After EES filed legal actions against Shurka, Religa, and UNIFYD raises meaningful questions and doubts about the veracity of the whole TLS society. Where where is Rey, Jason? Is he dead?
Is he retired? Did you hang up his hood? Jason, the burden of proof is on you. The person making the claim, that is you. Please prove TLS exists.
If TLS is real, show the evidence. If the evidence cannot be independently verified, then TLS remains a story, not a demonstrated reality. TLS appears to be a manufactured secret society. Narrative built around stories that have never been independently verified. After years of claims, the public still has no verifiable evidence of an actual organization, membership structure, historical record, or documented influence Until such evidence exists or can be proven, TLS should be viewed as a belief based narrative rather than an established fact.
I have questions, Jason. I think the public does as well. After being involved with you for many years, my own conclusion is that TLS is a well designed charade designed to further Shurka's true objectives. Made up fantasy you use to gain Internet notoriety, Jason. Prove us wrong.
Prove all us wrong. There's lot of people that wanna know. And no, no hooded videos of Ray and Dee with voice modulation. It's not evidence of reality because you could be wearing that hood. I have a lot of questions, mister Jason Shurka.
The secret society has now somehow mystically managed to turn into a company run by your family members to somehow produce systems that are directly copy paste of the EESystem ecosystem. An ecosystem we spent decades design, fully build, and deploy. And this was before you were born when we started. You're what? 27, 28?
And you're taking a family's life's work that spawns twice your lifetime? Interesting. Something smells very off with the whole setup. The TLS equipment is a copycat technology of my family's life work. Shame on you, Jason.
Shame on you. EESystem and the new TLS copycat system are not the same technology. I cannot stress that enough. Not the same hardware, not not the same software. And it may look similar, not the same pedigree.
There's nothing the same other than kinda how it looks. Let me make that clear. It is not the same. And there's a TRO saying that you're not allowed to say that. And I I I just you know, Jason, so many questions.
Now let's go over the very active and ongoing lawsuit EES has filed against Shurka, Religa, and the TLS, and his family's new TLS entities. And for those of you wondering, well, I thought the lawsuit was thrown out. It's very active. Very active.
Active case number A-25-910216-B. Anyone on the Internet can look this up. Very active. January 2025, Nevada lawsuit against Jason Shurka, UNIFYD and related parties. EES alleges, Shurka demands EES pay 10 million, 10 million for UNIFYD assets and allegedly threatens public smear campaign if EES refused.
There were a lot of threats and you deny those to the public, but we have all the evidence. More than 9,000,000 provided by EES for marketing was allegedly misused, with at least 1,700,000 diverted to benefit UNIFYD TV and other non EES purposes. EES claims Shurka used pressure tactics and letters purportedly from TLS secret society to influence EES business decisions. EES alleges false and defamatory statements were made about EES, doctor Sandra Rose Michael, and Michael Bertolacini. And not let and let's not forget my my little sister, May.
EES claims confidential information and trade secrets were disclosed and used to promote a competing system. That doesn't sound very benevolent. EES alleges interference with customer relationships resulting in cancellations, refund requests, and lost sales. EES further alleges misuse of EES funds, unfair competition, trade name infringement, and efforts to steer EES customers toward a competing platform. The lawsuit ultimately seeks to recover under 16 legal theories including breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing, tortious interference, conversion, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy, trade secret misappropriation, trade libel, trade name infringement, fraudulent misrepresentation, defamation, breach of investment agreement, tortious breach of good faith, unjust enrichment, that's an investment, construct constructive fraud, accounting of funds.
There's a lot of funds that we need to account for. EES says they paid millions expecting marketing support for EES centers. Our centers paid you billions as well, Jason. Their claim is that a significant portion of that money was redirected to build UNIFYD its own media assets instead, like UNIFYD TV maybe. Marketing funds diversion.
EES alleges it paid approximately 9,400,000 to UNIFYD for marketing and center support. The center's paid a lot, a lot more than that too. EES claims at least 1,700,000 of those funds were diverted to promote UNIFYD TV and other Shurka controlled interests rather than EES and EES centers. Where'd the money go, Shurka? Really wanna know.
One of the most explosive claims is the letters represented as guidance from TLS may have actually originated from Jason Shurka himself. I have I have the receipts. EES says those letters were used to pressure business decisions. TLS influence and coercion letters were sent many of them. EES alleges that several letters supposedly sent by TLS were actually authored by Jason Shurka and signed by the head of the name of Dee from TLS.
No one outside of Jason Jason Shurka has ever seen or spoken with Dee. The metadata. Oh, we're gonna get to the metadata of these documents. The complaint the complaint claims these letters pressured EES to make UNIFYD mandatory. Give Shurka greater control.
Commit millions more dollars. Accept business decisions they otherwise would not have accepted. EES points to metadata on at least one letter alleging showing Shurka as the author. We're gonna get to that. We'll show you a picture of the metadata.
Let's look at the metadata. EES received mostly PDFs with no metadata, and then boom, a Word document with all the metadata. Now I wanna show the metadata. The metadata says that this letter from d of TLS from TLS is authored the author shows Jason Shurka. Last saved by Jason Shurka in Microsoft Office Word, content created on 10/07/2024 at 02:40PM.
Last saved at 10/08/2024 at 12:31PM. Last printed at 10/08/2024, which I'm guessing was meant to be a PDF, but you sent me the Word document. Total editing time, and that is the screen time where someone is at their keyboard keyboard ninjering Ninjing is almost six hours, five hours and fifty six minutes. From start to finish of this this document, twenty one hours and fifty one minutes. Now if you are forwarding a message from a secret society, I wouldn't imagine that it would have taken twenty one hours and fifty one minutes to formulate this.
That's kinda interesting. It's only four pages. That's a lot of keyboard ninja. Let's let's hear how Jason admits how TLS sends messages. Let's let's roll the audio from one of these these meetings we had.
How does TLS communicate with you?
In person. There are people that I speak to. There are offices. There are meetings. There are emails.
There are messages. There's many things. What do mean?
So, like, the letters that I'm getting
That's to you. They give it to me to give to you. They don't communicate with you directly.
So they send you an email and you forward the email or forward it as an image?
Through email, but they send it to me somehow. Yes. I'm not gonna explain that. There are codes involved. There's forwarding through certain phones.
That's how they operate when they send the file. I'm not gonna explain that to you. That's how they do things. Okay.
And have you ever edited any of the message sent? You've never edited any No. Of messages sent to So you never been like, oh, maybe I'll just, like, change apostrophe, a title. It's exactly what is sent.
Well, they monitor my phone and my computer. They know everything that I do. Right? One day, I can't. No.
So there's actually zero way that you could have modified any so all those messages are from TLS? Of course. From Dee. 100%. From Dee.
And no one can verify who Dee is except maybe you?
No. The people that I work with can verify who she is. What kind of the people that I work with, that's who I work with. And again, Michael, they prove themselves. You think and she told you the same thing.
You think that I could have done this by myself? You think that I should
You're a very brilliant person. So actually, I do.
No. I couldn't. And if I could, don't you think that if I wanted to make money, would have done it myself and ask you for a commission?
That's the part that really confuses me about all this is Because I'm not making on the front end you're like, no, no, I'm not making a dime. Then all of a sudden, TLS needs money.
No. They don't. They're saying, and she explained to you in the letters. I'd like to read it if it's okay with you. You're not wrong.
But she you know, let me let me read it. It's important. It's important to see. It's not TLS needs money. TLS does not need money.
They wanna give you something that they're they even went. There were offers that I went to speak to other people in the market based on what we have. 13,000,000, 15,000,000, you can speak to Melo, Melo knows because one of the people that offered and was raising money said I'm going to raise $15,000,000 to do it. Now the intention wasn't to give it to him, the intention was to show you the value, we never got to that point because we never even spoke. But don't you think that if we wanted money, we would've went to the person that offered 13?
I think you should go get that $13,000,000.
You don't get it. You don't get it. You're not understanding the bigger picture. UNIFYD healing, however you wanna call it, it's for you. It was built for you.
It's gonna help everybody.
For a 100 k, I can build a UNIFYD healing. Let's get to one of the claims, and it's EES characterized this as a shakedown. They claim they had they were told to buy UNIFYD at a specific valuation or face war, or they would destroy my family and the company. We have video clips of this too. This isn't just hearsay.
And I wanna point out he we funded it to over 9,000,000 UNIFYD, and he first approached me with a $30,000,000 offer, a valuation of $30,000,000. And I was the the key investor for something that was not worth 30,000,000. Then he said, well, 15. And then there was a shakedown for 10. And he came back at 7.25, but then he didn't wanna take the deal because it said he couldn't create a competing company.
So we'll get to the claim. 10,000,000 purchase demand. EES alleges that in November 24, Shurka demanded EES purchase UNIFYD for approximately $10,000,000 or else. The complaint alleges that EES was told that if they refused, Shurka would launch a public campaign against EES. EES had serious concerns about the integrity and value of UNIFYD as the primary role of UNIFYD was to help to drive clients to EES centers, and UNIFYD's results were unsatisfactory.
We did polls within the community. They they weren't very good. Complaints were rolling in via email and call that they weren't getting leads. But, I mean, the theory of funds being diverted to UNIFYD TV, well, if there wasn't ad spend at UNIFYD Healing, then perhaps the reason was because that mission was never set a sail. Despite EES concerns, EES offered Jason and Manny Shurka 7,200,000 in a written and enforceable contract for the assets of UNIFYD as a bridge to solve the crisis the Shurkas created.
EES negotiated an asset purchase agreement with the Shurkas for weeks. But in the end, Jason Shurka chose to launch the attack on EES and the EES centers. Let's pull some short clips from the shakedown. And dramatic cut. As we explained in my court filings, Jason doesn't want you to know the truth about the misconduct regarding the twenty twenty four November fourteenth Zoom meeting, aka the $10,000,000 shakedown call.
Jason doesn't want you to see him and his father making the threats they made to me during that meeting. Jason was so desperate to prevent the truth from coming out that Jason and his lawyers filed a motion with the court that he didn't serve on me or my lawyers, by the way, asking the court to prevent me from showing you the truth about what he said and did during the November 14 shakedown meeting. Jason told the court it was an illegal recording, and the court issued an ex parte temporary restraining order. This type of filing is normally held for an emergency where waiting can cause harm. That wasn't the case here.
The TRO prohibited me from releasing the video for a period of two weeks, and that's why we had to delay things. My lawyers immediately filed a motion to dissolve the TRO. During a hearing, the judge said she issued the TRO based on a misunderstanding of the underlying facts. And after hearing the evidence that Jason and his father actually consented to the recording of the Zoom meeting, the court granted my motion to dissolve the TRO. The court also denied Jason's motion for preliminary injunction, asking for the court ruling to be extended further.
No dice for Jason there. The court awarded me a thousand dollar bond that Jason posted for the TRO because I was wrongfully enjoined. The court has removed the TRO, but cautioned us that releasing 10,000,000 shakedown video could could violate a Nevada law, so we've decided to not show it here today. I'm sorry. As we don't wanna disrespect the judge's choice, we we wanna, you know, be the gentleman in the court.
Obviously, the $10,000,000 shakedown video does exist, and Jason's clearly taking every action he can to keep it out of the public view. That tells you just how heinous this recording is. Jason doesn't want his holier than thou online persona to be torn asunder in one video. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the kind of video that would do that. Let me go over some of the highlights that I can recall from the two and a half hour meeting.
We were going to show a whole twenty minutes dedicated to what I felt like the juiciest bits of the shakedown extortion attempt. Yep. Twenty minutes. It had that much in there. It's impossible to take this kind of stuff out of context.
He said that I'm like, oh, that video, you know, it was going around. It's out of context. It was very, very clear to anyone who has watched it that it it was a shakedown video. Jason and his father repeatedly made it clear that if I did not provide them with no less than $10,000,000, that there would be a war. I'm not exaggerating that word.
That word was declared multiple times, war. They made it clear implying that if I did not act on their wishes, a nuclear bomb would go off, and the destruction of my family and business would be imminent. They said said if I didn't do what they wanted the next year, I wouldn't have a business. Jason invoked the power of the alleged TLS secret society and asked why I'm messing with them and especially his father. He said, you know them and you know him, he was meaning his father.
He's a psychopath. Why would you mess with them? Yes. He said his father is a psychopath. His father didn't rebut that really either.
While I'm not sharing the video today, it is available in multiple places on the Internet. A couple of those places are listed at the footer of the court filing, which you can find at eesystem.com/legal at the top of the page, on on our website. We'll we'll drop a clip in here. It's on page five and fifteen. List a couple places where it is.
If anyone asks in the comments, I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction and share a link. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that would would love to support our community and help out that way. The support for, for this exposé has been off the charts and long awaited, so please help each other find links and share this all all far and wide as far as this this exposé. We we don't have the big following that Jason has, so please help us out. And by the way, go visit a EESystem Center.
They've been impacted the most. I have no doubt people will download it and share it around as this kind of juicy stuff normally warrants such such archiving. Jason Shurka has this recording as well, and I would be surprised if he releases it, but he has my consent to to share it with everyone. And please, to set the record straight, Jason, with the whole recording, no edits. He has stated multiple times that it's all about truth and transparency while defaming my family and my company.
Jason, if you're about truth and transparency, the public should demand you live up to your words and share the recording so people understand what truthfully and transparently transpired. If you're asking why and how we got to a $10,000,000 shakedown and extortion, well, Jason wanted me to pay for a toxic asset for a value that made no sense, under threat, no less. He stated, he started UNIFYD Healing as a marketing tool for EES centers. He took that initiative and I and have my blessing. He collected over 10,000,000 for marketing from EES centers with pre prepaid $20,000 contracts for two years, with some paying a flat 1,000 per month once the two year window expired.
I provided financial aid to to to tune of over 9,000,000. I think it's roughly 9.7 to support the EES centers in in this endeavor. So was heavily invested in UNIFYD healing as it was. Then then he asked me to accept a valuation of $30,000,000 to buy it. I declined.
It was an absurd price tag. Then he said 15,000,000. I dropped 50%. I said no. The more we went on, the more I wonder why he was in a rush to offload something allegedly so valuable.
Honestly, I did not want to buy UNIFYD healing for any price. That was his project. I had enough on my plate. Became a high pressure sales tactic to unload it as soon as possible. I dug in and researched the health and viability of the project, and we were we were shocked.
We go over more of that in this this episode, so just stay tuned. There's a lot of juicy bits. A day before our merger and acquisition attorney was supposed to come on board to assess the true value of UNIFYD healing, the shakedown happened a day before. They didn't want to get the the attorneys involved because maybe they didn't want the attorneys to literally lay out what the value really was. The Shurka said there will be no tomorrow.
You agree to pay the money today or tomorrow there will be war. Strange. No negotiation or research. Just pay us arbitrary overinflated number. And I I literally said, well, we can keep the negotiating going.
He said, no. You made your choice. And fifty minutes later, they launched massive attack. I didn't wanna buy it. Calls and emails rolled in, complaining UNIFYD was not functioning as intended.
We did the research and were shocked to find what described as a project on fire, a project someone wanted to dump on me as fast as possible for as much money as possible. The real value of UNIFYD Healing was around 1,500,000 according to a professional attorney who specialized in analyzing this kind of purchase. Keep in mind, that doesn't account for the $700,000 in liability with prepaid two year marketing contracts that I would need to fund and supply staff and infrastructure for. So if you calculate that, it was really worth probably a negative amount of money, potentially pure liability with minimal or no upside as an investment, not not a great choice to, you know, purchase something under threat either. Would you buy something for $10,000,000?
Would would you buy something for $10,000,000 under threat to own something that would likely never turn a profit that had a liability of millions and almost no usable assets? Well, there's more. Since we are skipping the shakedown video, under under oath, a sworn deposition of Jason Shurka yielded some interesting testimony. This happened recently, and I thought it would make up for the no $10,000,000 shakedown video. Let's dive into the questions my lawyer asked Jason under the oath and his response.
I'm gonna hold this up for when Jason's talking because I only have one voice and there's two here, so I'll I'll do my best. Okay. So nobody other than you has seen Ray in person. In person, face to face? No.
Okay. And there's a hooded figure in your interview. Correct? He's a person that wants to remain anonymous. Does does does he have a hood over?
Yes. His head when he's participating in interviews? Yes. Part of remaining anonymous. Okay.
And why is it he's in he doesn't when you say he wants to remain anonymous, what do you did he told you at some point? Yeah. He shared it in an interview. And as I'm reading this, so the the stutters are all in here, but I have to read it for, exactly what it is. So there's there's no modifying any of this is exactly from the deposition.
Okay. Now you met him in person, and he wasn't hooded. Correct? No. When you met him on the street and your subsequent meetings, he wasn't hooded.
He also didn't tell me who he was at these points. Okay. Did you modulate his voice in the video? It's not his voice if that's what you're asking. What does modulate mean?
Well, did you did you do something that so the listeners doesn't hear Ray's actual voice as you and I wouldn't hear it in the conversation? Yes. He asked me to. Okay. And is maybe I'm using the the wrong term, but I would use the term modulating someone's voice to adjust the tone so it's not recognizable to that person.
Is that did you use a tool that allowed the listener not to be able to hear Ray's true voice? Jason, I don't remember. This was four years ago. But you don't like, the listener doesn't hear the actual voice on the video. Correct?
No. Okay. And you you don't know how you altered his voice so that it would be, different that how you would hear him if you spoke to him. I used an editing software called Movavi. Guys, let me be clear.
If one person is the only person that can verify the existence of an imaginary friend, that person is normally not taken seriously. I I knew Jason for years, and in the end, I found no evidence that Ray and TLS or any secret society existed. You know? Would you trust a story that can't be backed by evidence of any kind? Would you trust someone whose whole identity was built on a source?
Like, you know, source trust me, bro. Let's move on to some other things. Okay. Do you earn income from UNIFYD World Inc? No.
Okay. How do you pay for your day to day living expenses? My family supports me. When you say your family supports you, what do you mean by that? Exactly that.
My family supports me. Do you have a trust fund that you are a beneficiary of? No. Okay. So your family pays for all your living expenses.
My family pays for my personal expenses. My wife helps with things. I'm not very involved in the finance of things. I had to sit through this deposition, and it was hard to keep a straight face through some of it. Okay.
So your family and your it sounds like your wife support your you financially, essentially. And your family pays for your rent. Yes. I believe so. My my wife handles the rent.
She handles it. So you don't know whether she pays for it from her money or your parents. Your family pays advances money to you in this account that you have access to. I don't know. All the interest intricacies.
To be honest, my family, we're like a we operate as a unit. We all support each other. That's that's always how I understood it to be. So how, like, where they how they give me or my wife the only way I know when they give me money is when they they give me cash, which happens. Other than that, I think I you know, don't quote me, but I think I might be you asked me my occupation.
I might be an employee of the families, and that's why they pay for my health insurance as well. So you're an employee of do you know what company? You're an employee of question mark. Is it your testimony that you're an employee of one of your family's companies? I'm not sure.
How do you not know? You think you are, but you're not sure. Formally, if you're asking me, I'm not sure. Okay. But you receive health insurance benefits.
Answers, my family. Through a company? I don't know. I'm not a part of all those things. How do you not know?
Anyway, moving on. Okay. But your understanding is you can you have health insurance, and it's because of some relationship with your family. Yes. Okay.
Do you know how much money they fund in your account each month? No. But it can't be much. Do you get notifications when that happens? I don't recall.
Okay. And you share an account with your wife? Yes. Yeah. You share an account with anybody else other than this debit card debit card account that you have access to?
Nope. Not that I recall. Okay. And your wife is employed? You would have to ask her.
You don't know if she's employed. I don't know the formalities of how things work. No. Okay. And then Jason is like, does she have a nine a job that she goes to nine to five?
No. Okay. But she has some source of income. Yes. And you just don't know what that is.
I don't remember. Okay. She never told you. We don't speak speak about those things. Guys, Jason has has ranted about being a wealthy.
He told me in a recording meeting, that he's worth 200,000,000. There's an article online saying he's worth 40,000,000. He doesn't know any of his own or his wife's finances. Yeah. Moving on.
Okay. Where did you attend college? Where is that? It's a it's a college in New York. Okay.
And was it okay. And Jason. And I was at the school of business. Okay. Did you obtain any degrees?
Yes. What degrees did you obtain? I I think it was do they call them a bachelor's? Some people do. Jason's response.
Like, the BS. Is that what it is? Yes. You have, you have a BS? I believe so.
Okay. And what was your major? Real estate development. Okay. So you have a degree in real estate development.
Do you have any other degrees? Does a minor count? Does a minor count? What was it was it part of the BS major with a minor as well? I think so.
Okay. So you had a major in real estate development. Yes. And a minor in what? Psychology.
Psychology. Yes. Okay. Any other degrees that you obtained? A real estate license, is that a degree?
No. But if so you you do have a license as a real estate agent? I was. I don't think it's active anymore. Okay.
Then when did you first obtain a real estate license? Probably around the same time, 1819. I don't remember. I can't remember a lot. Okay.
Did you practice as a real estate agent for since you obtained that license? Yes. Okay. A kid with a real estate background becomes the chosen one of a 4,000 year old, 8,000, or 7,000 deep secret society on the streets of New York, and only he can verify any of it exists. Can't make this stuff up.
Moving on. Okay. Are you familiar with the Light System Inc? I'm familiar with it. What is it?
You would have to ask them. No. I'm asking you. What is it? An entity.
Okay. What does it do? I'm not a part of it. I didn't ask you if you were part of it. I asked what Light System Inc does.
To my knowledge, question mark. Yes. It's a nonprofit organization or sorry. It's a non nonprofit organization. And what does it do?
I don't have I I don't know all those details. Jason's saying that. I I doesn't know what the Light System does. Okay. Okay.
What do you know about what the Light System Inc. Does? Fulfills its mission of bringing health and wellness more accessible to the world. Okay. Have you held any roles with the Light System Inc?
No. Have you ever promoted its products? No. I can't believe you said that. Have you ever marketed its products?
When you say marketed and promoted, what what do you mean by that? I can't be pretty clear. I mean, have you ever posted about the licensed and products? In the context of fulfilling the UNIFYD mission, yes, I speak about many products. Okay.
So if you've spoken about licensed and makes products and posts that you're you posted publicly. Correct? Whether it's their product or other company's products, I don't want to give you a misstatement, so I don't know. I can't believe that. I don't know.
Okay. Well and then Jason goes on. But if you're talking about what I call, like, a pyramid, yeah, I've spoken about it. I love the product. Okay.
And that's a product that has been offered by Light System Inc. Correct? Say it again. The pyramid is a product that has been offered by the Light System Inc. I don't know the entity specifics.
Okay. So you don't know whether it's you don't know when you post about the Light System Inc. If it's the Light System Inc. Product. Is that what you're saying?
No. What I'm saying is when I speak about Chipotle, no more on burritos, I don't know the company that owns Chipotle. I just know Chipotle. Okay. Do you know who owns the Light System Inc?
To my knowledge, it's a nonprofit. There is no ownership. Wonder who's selling all those products on the Internet. Okay. Do you know who the officers and directors of the Light System Inc are?
My father. Just your father? All in-depth details, I would have to think. I don't know. My parents in general, I'm not sure who else.
Okay. And your father's still an officer of the Light System Inc. I spoke to my mom about that because I saw what your client did in Wyoming calling us my mom or my family frauds for having my deceased father on paperwork, spanning a story that was obvious mistake. Was your father still listed as an officer of the Light System Inc? I don't know.
I'm not a part of the Light System Inc. So you didn't see a corporate filing where Light System Inc had identified your father as a current officer? No. I saw what the attorneys in Wyoming said and was distraught by it. Okay.
And so you said you talked to your mother about that. Yeah. I said, what's going on? She said, I have no idea. Okay.
And do you still still to this day, you don't have any idea how your father is listed as an officer, a current officer of the Light System Inc? No. I would assume it was a mistake because he's dead. Okay. Who else is an officer of the Light System Inc?
I don't know. Is your mother an officer? I believe so. Okay. Do you know any other officers of the Light System Inc?
Not off the top of my head. Okay. Do you ever post that Light System Inc was offered offering a hard drive upgrade hard drive hard drive upgrade? You you're using an entity name as if I know all the details of what entity did. I don't again, what I speak about, Chipotle.
I'm talking about the name and the brand Chipotle. We're back to burritos for some reason. Okay. Attorney, I'm asking what your knowledge is. So I'm asking you, did you post about a hardware hard drive package upgrade that was being offered by the Light System Inc?
I don't know what was offered by the Light System Inc. Well, I think if you look at socials, you're gonna see this guy promotes the Light System Inc's products or the Light System. The answers are wild. And his dead father and mother were the listed officers of a nonprofit, and, apparently, they handled all his bills with his wife. Right.
Moving on. UNIFYD World received donations from congregants on an ongoing on a recurring basis. Correct? Yes. In exchange for those reoccurring donations, UNIFYD World was agreeing to provide certain marketing services that were never outlined or that were outlined in the agreement.
Correct? No. UNIFYD World was not agreeing to provide certain marketing activities in this agreement. What marketing act what marketing activities are listed in this agreement? And he's holding he's got a document in front of him as a contract for UNIFYD Healing EES centers.
The marketing activities that are referred to this agreement, I told Jason, I told you, sir, contractually, there are none here. My understanding was was listing it on a map, and I wanted to tell you why before we keep going. When UNIFYD Healing Project started, it started as a map. I didn't understand that. Jason.
I don't know if you know this, but the whole ad spend thing that happened, like, a year and a half ago, I think almost two years, a year and a half later, I I don't remember exactly when. There was a was zero requirement because there was zero requirement. There could never have been a requirement just factually from when the UNIFYD healing project started around June or whatever he said of 2022 of marketing. It's marketing only started way down the line. That was Jason talking.
Attorney, so your testimony is that the only obligation of UNIFYD World under this agreement was listing a center owner on the map. Correct? It depends. Yes. Okay.
Jason, that's my understanding. Okay. And the center owners would what was required to make re reoccurring donations in order to get that service from UNIFYD World, question mark. It wasn't a service. It's not a service.
The that marketing activity by UNIFYD World, Jason. I don't know why it says marketing activities. I'm trying to tell you that it's not a service. Okay. So putting the center on a map was not you don't believe was a service for the center, Jason.
Is it a service for is it served for the for somebody that goes to church to hear a sermon from a priest? One of the other term attorney's judge. Yes. Shurka. I guess by nature, that was funny because they they call it a service, but I think you understand what I'm saying.
I hope you do. Continue, Jason. It wasn't there's a there's a donation, and there are benefits of being a part of that community that was was a good one, attorney. And they paid to stay on that map. Right?
They paid these reoccurring donations to stay on the map that you post. Jason, they gave donations, and they were on the map. I think every EESenter out there that gave Jason thousands of dollars would be shocked to hear that we're they were paying to be on an app. I'm pretty shocked as well because that wasn't my understanding. We all understood he was doing marketing or was supposed to be.
We'll continue. Okay. Have you ever personally assisted in any of the sales of the Light System Inc. Products? Bold faced, no.
Has UNIFYD World ever assisted with any of the sales of Light System Inc. Product? I wouldn't care categorize it that way or care characterize it that way, and I need to answer you you so you understand. Attorney, go ahead. UNIFYD was a mission.
I have a mission. That mission part of it is to raise awareness for technologies that we believe can help people and also affordable affordability and accessibility and so on and so forth. So if UNIFYD healing world UNIFYD world under the UNIFYD healing project ever sent an email talking about the light system, I would not characterize that as helping the light system make sales just like I would not characterize me talking about what I used to call EESystem technology as me helping EESystem make sales. I am connected and connecting, and so if UNIFYD to its mission and it's just so happens to be that, byproduct that indirectly is helping someone, but that is not the intention of those actions. Are you connecting potential purchasers of Light System Inc.
Products to Light System Inc? If I understand the question, your quest your question correctly, no. So you never have put someone who's interested in the Light System Inc. Product in touch with the Light System Inc? I don't recall.
As of now sitting here today, you can't recall any instance in which you've done that. Any specific instance? No. But it's natural for me to say, you know, somebody else sees me talking about a product that I like like, like like light system or anything else doesn't matter. And they say, oh, I really like that thing.
Where can I get it? The natural follow-up would be either let me find out or here's a link or let me put you in touch with somebody, things like that. You know what I mean? This is a wild thing to say under oath. All of this, it's is this person for truth and transparency?
Or someone trying to hide the truth because, I mean, we've all seen him online, you know, promoting. Yeah. Anyway, we'll we'll get back to the episode. Sorry. There's no $10,000,000 shakedown.
Let's let's let's keep going. Stay tuned. EES claim the public campaign wasn't consumer advocacy. They claim it was retaliation for acquisition negotiations failed. And I'm pulling a lot of this from our legal stuff because I I have to stick to what is in the courts.
I've added a little bit here and there. EES argues that many of the public claims were not opinions, but factual assertions that they say were inaccurate. You can't state things as facts. You can can't say things loud on the Internet. And if you say them loud enough, they're true.
That's just not how reality works. Defamation claims. The lawsuit alleges Shurka made false statements regarding EES profit margins, revenue numbers, licensing plans, employee payments, product sourcing, and doctor Michael's credentials. EES claims these statements were knowingly false. Now I'd like to roll a short few clips of some of doctor Michael's credentials because he said she's not a doctor.
Roland, you had a thought on people being a doctor, didn't you?
I did. And I think there's this public perception that when someone is a doctor in common conversation, one assumes doctor is medical doctor, someone you go to in a family practice. They have a MD beside their name as doctor. If you look back at the word doctor, it's rooted in the idea of teacher. And you can be a doctor of music.
You can be a doctor of theoretically anything that has a mastery level of study attached to it. Anyone who has a PhD goes by doctor. When someone is a chiropractor, they're a doctor of chiropractic, because they are quote unquote a medical professional, people assume health doctors one and the same. So when someone says someone's not a doctor, no one said it's an MD, but it is a master level of study in a very specific discipline, which your mom has.
Yeah. I mean, she's been doing it longer than anyone that I actually know of. And she she was given an honorary doctorate because she broke through emerging science.
And I've also seen it hanging in the house, so I I know it's
mean, Jason saw them too. He just wanted to poke fun.
That's a classic campaign to discredit someone's capabilities because it's a psychological manipulation tactic. Someone will hear, oh, wait. They're not an actual medical doctor. Oh, therefore, they're not a doctor. It's unfortunately an ignorance cognitive bias.
Exactly. So when you're saying that, you're basically using wordplay to generate a belief that has nuance, but the average person doesn't actually scrutinize it deeply to make a fair assessment or judgment. And that's unfortunately what your mom was having to face.
So doc doctor Robert Young, you know who that is?
Young Living Oils. Yes. He received a honorary doctorate the same time my mom did Mhmm. Because of his work with essential oils. Doctor.
Emoto, one of the most widely known scientists for freezing water and showing the how the frequency affects it, also an honorary doctor. There's a lot of people out there that receive honorary doctorates because they didn't have a doctorate. And the society said, you know, I think you deserve one for your work. Going to school does not make an intelligent person.
Well, other thing to that too is sometimes there's not a specific doctorate in a discipline that someone shows incredible proficiency.
Exactly. The honorary doctorate is essentially a way to honor and validate all the efforts that someone has put in. And when you give someone a doctor of natural medicine, natural medicine is not one thing. It is a variety of disciplines under the banner of health care. Absolutely.
And this is, a classic manipulation tactic to discredit and defame someone who has been a trailblazer of science. And most importantly, their mission is to help humanity.
And I think that's the biggest injustice of it all.
Yeah. Absolutely. Alright. Well, we'll get back to the claims, the lawsuit. Yes.
And ladies and gentlemen, this lawsuit is very lengthy, and it reads like a spy novel in a lot of ways. It's available on eesystem.com/legal, or you can look it up by the case number which we mentioned. So this became one of the central disputes. Jason's position focused on Robert Religa's role, and EES argues that accusations are false and defamatory. And we're talking about this assertion that someone who spent her entire life building something isn't the inventor, and there's a lot of that, what you were talking about, kind of narrative control in there.
EES alleges Shurka began publicly claiming doctor Sandra Rose Michael did not invent the EE system. Robert Religa was the true inventor. EES was improperly using Religa's technology and denies these allegations and state synchronous the engine is not software used in current EE system centers or technology. Religa is not the inventor, but a paid contract programmer and nothing more. And when it comes down to I kinda wanna break here too because if you notice this copycat claims to be Scalar, I wanna read some quotes directly from Robert Religa.
Synchronous the engine technology was never designed to create these so called Scalar waves. Miss Michael just picked up the new age phrase Scalar waves. Scalar Waves don't exist. Robert's own words. Scalar Waves don't exist.
They're just recent urban legend, nothing more. Meanwhile, this guy's selling a product called Synchronicity Wave. I want everyone to Google Synchronicity Wave. Find me a single person outside of this individual using this made up field of science. Now Google Scalar waves and see how many or Scalar fields, Scalar theory, how many universities teach it?
I believe there was someone you might have heard of his name before. I think it was, Nikola
Yes. I believe people may know him.
I don't think anyone's ever heard of Nikola Tesla.
And I think it was him, and there was another gentleman. The discussion between the two of them were first credited mentioning of Scalar technology in the early nineteen hundreds. And this is what I wanted to add, and this is where, again, it's easy to pull the wool over someone's eyes in the world of energy technology because how many things do people buy that have no idea how they work?
Most people have no idea how their cell phone works.
Exactly. But we believe that imaginary frequencies fly through the air between people's phones when you text them or they call you or whatever.
So it's wireless transmission of energy. It's interesting.
Yeah. It's like it's like there's an invisible field of frequencies that exist beyond our senses. So when you look at the concept of Scalar, the fundamental tenet is you have to have opposing energy fields. They have to be aligned to the T, and it's the collision of those that essentially generate the field. So a scalar is outside the electromagnetic spectrum,
it's non hertzian. You can't measure it with the diagnostic equipment that we have to measure things, which is why if someone's like, well, how can I use my EMF meter to read Scalar? You can't. If you look at how all of the TLS systems are set up, nothing about it honors the parameters for the creation of Scalar. You have asymmetric screens set up, you have a hodgepodge of things set up to fit the descriptive requirements of a room, meaning it fits the room rather than honoring the notion of science
Yet it still makes claims on things.
Well, they they they broadcast that they're Scalar. This And that that my mom's not the inventor, and that Religa's here here saying that Scalar waves don't even exist. But I love can't have your cake and eat it
too, guys. But has TLS or anyone in there actually tried to explain Scalar? Because if they would, they would have to come to the conclusion that you require opposing or 180 degree energy fields, align very specifically in order to generate the parameters.
Well, you saw Octavius' videos. Right? Where he went with the EMF meters and showed that they're it's in one of our other episodes, guys, if if you're not familiar. But there there was no way it could generate Scalar. There one thing had a single power supply.
It's a hodgepodge of things. They move around on magnets. There's a control board and a video output and and one computer in there. And unfortunately, it looks very similar to our technology because It's a screen. Yeah.
It's just but it's not the same
the deployment of core of it, if you have something emanating from a single point without its counterpart to create some sort of collision of EM field, EM stands for electromagnetic field, energy never gets destroyed. It gets converted or modified, changed. You can't create Scalar on the basis of how the physical setup of their technology is designed.
It can't be. So the fact that they're marketing that, a, absolute bullshit. Number two, the fact that they're mentioning Scalar, they never explain how their technology does. Because I've been listening to your mom do it for years. I've been diving into deeper aspects of understanding and explaining Scalar because for people to understand it, it needs to become more practical as a concept.
There it it does appear to be some fantasy illusion
Wait a minute. The guy who created it said Scalar doesn't exist.
But synchronicity wave is he's adding wave there to make there's a new science. Yeah. Doesn't exist. But Scalar, it's been around a while. He's not
in the picture anymore. I'm sure we'll
get to that. Well, Robert? Well, where is he? In Jason interview with Religa, Jason or Religa states he he started with a scroll program with one speed, one direction, one color on one side. I asked ChatGPT to show me how much code that would be in Forth code, which is the coding language, Forth, our current coding language, which is not in Forth, by the way.
In Forth and so the coding language of Forth, it would be six to 25 lines of code, and you can go ask chat GPT this. So he before he met my mother, he had six to 25 lines of code in Forth. Now I asked GPT if this basic function you would find in the compiler, and this is like a software you would use to create software. The answer. Yes.
It would be in a compiler. So the this mysterious coder didn't even create code. He literally just used common code, which isn't protectable. And he fugazi being this whole computer genius by having six to 25 lines of code allegedly. Mind you, the software we run today is pages and pages and pages of code.
There's all the intellectual property, the product of the mind of my mom, doctor Sandra Rose Michael. But when you take someone out of a convalescent home that has nothing to lose, you might get some interesting story time. A Forth compiler interpreter itself is relatively small and simple compared to modern languages as a scroll text routine with one text string, one direction, one speed, one color. Fixed screen position would generally be considered a very basic application level function, not an advanced feature. This is from ChatGPT.
You guys can go search this yourself. I'm just quoting Robert Religa.
But this not mean that essentially all it is is something visual on a screen. Nothing more.
He created a scrolling effect. Yes. Your mouse does. The scrolling logic alone is among the simplest graphical f effects you can write in Forth code. That's also in GPT.
Everything you see in both the EES display and the TLS display are the product of doctor Sandra Rose Michael's mind. She contracted someone to bring her life's work to a digital realm and then decide to pretend like he's the inventor after she spent her whole life working on this. Whole life breaking emerging markets, getting honorary degrees for breaking emerging markets in energy wellness space. We'll go on to the next thing in the case. EES says confidential product information was revealed publicly after relation relationship deteriorated.
And this really center centers around our hypercharging products. I spent twenty years of my life at the very least building the hypercharger, and he went online and said it didn't exist, but then launched supercharged product line. That is supercharged.
Because it's supercharged.
Right. And he's got this.
So is a Hellcat, by the way.
He's got a copper room, and he's got really glitzy signs on it that say supercharger. EES alleges Shurka obtained confidential information about EES hypercharging process and publicly disclosed aspects of it. Mostly, he just lied about what he saw, which was really terrible, but he said it didn't exist. EES claims this information was proprietary and shared in confidence. And it was very, very few people have seen the EES hypercharger.
It is a whole lab. Actually, you haven't even seen it, have you? No. Oh, yeah. Marino's seen it, but he had to see it at some point to help me with some things.
I would like to. One of times, right?
One time. We're gonna put we're we're gonna put goggles on you so you can't see anything. Can just feel it. Deal. Blindfold me.
EES claims the end goal was replacing EES with competing platform built around the TLS brand. Remember, it's the TLS society turned into the TLS competing product for EES.
That is a little psyop process too we can go into if you want or we can leave it for another time.
Well, let's get through this one. The the complaint alleges Shurka Shurka and Religa intended to launch a competing product called the Light System and migrate EES center owners towards it. What do you wanna say about that?
Well, I was I'll tell a little story if I can. Go for it. So I first was made aware of your company about almost six years ago, five, six years ago, when my wife saw the revolution of healing, whatever that first video was called. And I watched it, and I'm like, interesting. I have this natural skepticism because I like to understand the deep details of things, so I don't just take something at face value.
And I'm very, very careful with emotional manipulation because I've had people to game something that benefited them over me pull that in my life professionally before. So I always go, let's see. And I remember the notion of this TLS secret society. And when you get deep into it, it's people don't realize that the unconscious part of our minds control our realities for the most part. They say 90 to 95% plus of our realities are entirely unconscious.
So when you keep hearing TLS and you hear this incredible story to benefit humanity and people who are maybe on the more conspiratorial side of reality buy into the story, and it's interesting. It's got spiritual powers because there's the physical side, the warfare, the spiritual very entertaining. There's aliens. The one I heard about the dolphin man coming to New York and changing, I'm like,
come on. I actually missed that one. Wow. There's a dolphin man?
There was a dolphin man mentioned, from a different planet. Ray had to help I I mean, I I try to forget a lot of this crap. But what I'm basically getting at is when you keep filling people's minds with the unconscious program, TLS equals positive, there's already an association built. Right? TLS, three letters, it's an acronym.
Yeah. All of a sudden you launch a product called the Light System. You don't even need to say TLS because there is an unconscious awareness of you've primed everyone for this thing to be seen in positive light. The perspective is of this thing is positive. And looking from the outside, I always kinda went, and I actually moved away from being connected to anything to do with the energy enhancement system because of Jason.
I never know of you guys.
I had an interaction, my hackles went up. I now never don't trust my gut when it comes to something. And then it was actually in 2025 when May, your sister, connected with me and then asked me to come in and do a study. She had gone back and watched the video that Jason and I had done of the original HRV study, which she actually never even gave you guys the data of. Convenient.
Convenient because it was good data. And she said, well, I guess you heard what happened with Jason. And I said, no. I I don't know anything. To be quite honest, I've I've distanced myself because I just had a bad feeling.
She filled me in. All of this stuff is too perfect. The idea of how it was set up, the the notion of putting TLS out there, creating a story that you want so badly to be believable because I went through that with my skepticism. There was a point in time where I was like, imagine they selected me. It's like this
Yeah. You have this little superhero kind of child aspect in you of like, oh my god. Magic is real. There are superpowers and superheroes on this planet, and maybe I'm good enough to one day be selected for this. Maybe they're watching me.
You go through all of these ridiculous things, and it plays upon I'm special. I'm special because I believe. I'm special because I know everyone who doubts is stupid because it's real. It's a and I say brilliant not to credit anyone, but to the effort that it was put forth to generate this and have so many people buy into it only to show its hand as something too perfectly transitioned into a competing business. All the people and the figures went away.
The whole thing fell apart, and now there's no mention of it.
He's he's I think he's trying to get away from the whole Ray identity because it's falling apart. He couldn't control the public. I mean, the whole story just with us, it's like, oh, TLS has selected this company, and Mhmm. And then all of a sudden, TLS is attacking the company. It just doesn't add up.
And then it just simply goes away, and now there's a competing product and a competing company that has the same three acronym letters in its name.
It's brilliant marketing strategy.
It is. And it's so convenient that nothing in life is by accident.
Well, I mean, a lot of people have said we think, you know, he was sent in or this was planned from the very start, and I have to agree with him. It's just who comes in like this like a long confidence scheme, really.
You know, and I know you have to get to something. I will say 've said this before in an episode. People in the health world are unfortunately sometimes the easiest people to dupe because when you have a mission in your soul and you have goodness in your heart and the desire to help people, the blind spot is you are easily manipulated if someone knows how to pull on those strings. It's happened to me. It's happened to you.
Strings are cut. Exactly.
There are no anymore. The marionette's just like
But the reality is it's also God, the universe's plan, what do you whatever you wanna believe in to forge and harden your soul, not to not be open, but to be able to cut through bullshit faster and see these people coming because their time is ending.
Yeah. Well, amen. Well and that's why we're doing this episode, and that's why we're in a lawsuit is to expose.
This is a a trend that I hope continues to happen, not the taking advantage of people, but the light shining on the shadows will reveal the emperor has no clothes.
That's well said. Alright. Well, we'll get back to the lawsuit. So you remember the Sound of Freedom movie?
I watched it. Yeah. I remember seeing executive producer name at the end too.
Yeah. Jason Shurka got the executive producer. We both put in a $250,000. Mhmm. So the lawsuit also includes a separate dispute involving shared sound of freedom investment and whether all proceeds were properly disclosed and investment returned.
So we both put in 250,000. So it's a 500,000. We got three or point three or 4%, I forget exactly without looking at it, of share of the movie. He said that we only made our money back a 100 per by a 100%, so it would have been 1,000,000. But I never got any of the investment back.
And we're, you know, in lawsuit over that, which is interesting. I I I don't know how we got to the point of where and our our credit we are in the credits actually very we're in small print. But, he wanted the executive producer thing. I didn't realize how valuable that was. Know, you get IMDb and all that stuff.
That would actually help with our our podcast. I think
you just Tony was an executive producer. Maybe he wanted to be like his guy. Right?
Is that I mean, yeah, he's trying to be famous on the Internet.
That helps having an IMDb that's, you know, more than just the stuff he put out. So EES alleges alleges that Shurka failed to provide a full accounting. EES has never received any proceeds or distribution from the investment. So where did the money go? Jason, where where did the money go?
Why do we keep asking where the money went? It seems like a I would say
maybe you're missing some money.
I'm missing a lot of money. And more importantly, our center owners were terribly harmed by this. So again, please go visit one of our center owners. They they're lovely people, and all this drama has just wreaked havoc
on And the in that, I think this is probably worth mentioning, correct correction. I know it is worth mentioning. Don't allow your opinion of the EESystem technology to have changed in terms of its efficacy based upon what's going on legally in the contract disputes in the war that's going on. Right? Visit the center owners because the technology will help you and it will support the center owners so they can sustain keeping their doors open for the original mission of helping people get healthy.
Absolutely. Alright. And so, again, he said that he's won the lawsuit. Well, there's an active TRO. People keep asking me what a TRO is.
I guess people are unfamiliar. It's a temporary restraining order. So the court has said, you cannot say this. The court has ordered Jason to not say the following. Making false and defamatory statements intended to disrupt EES business.
He did a lot a lot of that. The court literally said he'd need to stop. Relationships are damaged relationships are damaged EES goodwill and reputation as described in the motion. Encouraging new and existing center owners to either cancel their EES system orders or end their relationship with EES in favor of defendants competing and infringing product, the light system. It's amazing how many people will just churn code and go the other way because someone on the Internet says they should.
Stating that the EE system can simply be upgraded to the light system. There's a lot of Frankenstein systems out there. Make sure you're going to our website and going to a verified EES system center that has actual EES system technology. Stating that the light system use the same technology and simply different brand than EES system. This is complete Fugazi, guys.
Don't believe that. Stating or implying that center owners will have legal troubles if they continue. Yes. He threatened our center owners. I'm not kidding.
It's all in email that correspondence that he sent out that people will be in huge trouble for using our technology that we developed over decades. Man, I can't believe he does that. Creating or maintaining any websites purporting to be EES or acting on EES' behalf.
If you go on the Light System website, when it goes to find a center, your centers still come up. So I want everyone to be mindful of that.
Yeah. So UNIFYD Healing apparently still has contracts for marketing, which were not fully operated well or deployed well for marketing.
It's technically, he's like, oh, we market he literally says we market multiple technologies. So he's trying to kind of beef up this idea that he has a lot more centers.
Because if you go on the Light System website and it says find a center, the first one that comes up is the one zero eight in Liechtenstein.
Absolutely in the EESystem Center. Go to eesystem.com, find a center, you will find the actual EESystem Centers.
Or call those centers and ask what they're using if you want to use an EESystem system center.
TRO continues to describe barring Jason from using or disclosing the EES trade secrets, including any confidential or proprietary information on EES, such as EES center list and EES product production of its products. I mean, it's the center list thing is a weird iffy gray area there, unfortunately. You know, let's get everyone up to date. Jason has stated that the lawsuit is over. It really isn't.
There there was a weird technicality. We were a third thing, and we needed to file it in New York because the judge didn't wanna see or the judges didn't wanna see three cases open. We have filed in New York now, so those same claims have been brought in New York. There was no win. It was a dismissal on technicality of they wanted to merge cases.
They didn't want too many cases out there.
But he treated that as a win?
Well, he put it out on the Internet and worded it in a very deceptive way, making it look like he'd won the lawsuit. So it's And I've wrote I I got a 100 calls. Did you guys lose the lawsuit? No.
So misrepresentation, but, again, he he's using Illusion. Narrative control and illusion to misrepresent something. Yeah. Sounds like the theme on brand theme so far.
Anyway, the statement was imposition is very much false. Lawsuits are very much active. Anyone can look up active lawsuits online. It's not hard. You can even ask chat GPT if it's active.
And there's an active temporary restraining order, which we just went over. If the case is out, then how's there an active TRO? No compute. The Nevada court has ordered Shurka and Religa to produce specific discovery items, and they have ignored or refused to produce the court mandated items. We're literally having to beg the court for them to, you know, show their case.
This case against Shurka, Religa, and UNIFYD contains estimated damages of at least $30,000,000, and it could be much higher. There's $30,000,000 in damages that we're we're we're going after here and that have been done. That's the low side that my attorney gave me that he was okay with me putting out as a number. So someone else said it could be as high as that. Shurka and Religa have sowed confusion about copyrights.
The copyright that Religa presents as his own lists my mom, Sandra Rose Michael as an author. That copyright image that he put out on the internet saying synchronicity when you open it, says Huna, as in my mom created Huna Kane. The software lists her as an author. How did she steal a copyright that she's an author on? Hers all the time?
Yeah. EES and this is the original code going way back to the nineties. Obviously, we've rewritten anyway. It's not going well in in New York for for Jason. It's the case in New York against the EES from Jason is up for the the second stage of dismissal, which mean we can actually possibly see a full dismissal of all of Jason's claims that, you know, we stole something or a very slimmed down version of the case.
I mean, in theory, it could go forward and we go to trial, but we're we're very confident in the history we have. And you've seen some of the paperwork. Do you see the back room in
Of paperwork? It's like we have boxes. They're saying he doesn't have anything. It's crazy.
I'm I'm no legal professional, but I don't think that sounds like it's gonna go well for him.
Yeah. So back again to the the the marketing concept of UNIFYD healing falling apart, and this is kind of where Jason and I had a falling out is I started asking where the funds were going because we were I didn't see a single ad for UNIFYD healing. I talked to a lot of people. They didn't see a single you add for UNIFYD healing, but we were seeing all these ads for disclosure and Ray and UNIFYD TV. And so I there's an ad auditing tool that we someone introduced to me called AdClarity.
It's via SEMRush. I made a little video of me going through it. So let's roll the video. Alright. So I just wanted to go over unifiedhealing.com, UNIFYD healing, Instagram, UNIFYD healing Facebook, total ad spend by region.
So we're on a year to date time frame. Year to date, that means January to November, apply. We are in The United States, which is indicated by this piece here, all channels, all devices. Total spend is is not very good, 13 k. Let's look here at ads and ad spend.
So what is an EESystem? 10.5 k, $63.09, 54. This is, sorted by spend. So these are the most expensive ones, it looks like. So we got $954, $59, $54, $38, $54, $9, $105, $212.
So let's just go up to what is an EESystem. We can click on it and see. So it's published on YouTube. They're they're spending it on YouTube.
If I told you that your body
has the ability video itself? Alright.
That you're not actually helpless and hopeless in this
So just so no one thinks that this is not real. But that's the The US. Now let's go through some other countries. I've got Brazil here, which is gonna shock a lot of people. It shocked me when I saw it.
Brazil, a 126,000.5. So one twenty six and five hundred. That that's k. That is a 126.5 k for 4,500,000 impressions in Brazil. There are no active open centers in Brazil.
This is absolutely mind numbing to actually see, and I just I can't figure it out at all. A 123.4 k of that same video. So they're they're farming ads and leads in Brazil, and they did this in August. That's when, first seen August 3 for ad spend. Duration, one month and twenty two days.
Seems like someone was retard and just left it spending and forgot about it. I'm guessing on a test for one month and twenty two days to run, and it just kept ticking away probably on my credit card, which is absolutely ridiculous. By the way, this is Michael Scalar, the CEO of EESystem, doing an in-depth run through of why UNIFYD Healing has failed so miserably. I don't think many people are aware of this, but you can get go on semrush.com. Ad Clarity, is the name of the app I'm using.
You do have to be someone, vetted to get into this, but I have gotten vetted. I'm in it. So, I mean, you've got other UNIFYD things here for a few dollars. I don't I don't know what they're doing, but over from 08/03/2024 to 09/24/2022, one month '20, 2024. Duration, one month twenty two days.
I guess, congrats Brazil, a highly Portuguese speaking country. I think it's 95% Portuguese speaking, not even Spanish, but Portuguese, or or maybe it's fifty fifty, but they don't speak English. And just so you're aware, we'll click on this ad here. Pretty sure this is in English.
you? Oh, it's in English.
The ability to heal itself.
Let's see if any of these are in Spanish or Portuguese. Oh, this is literally a banner. Wow. They put money on a banner for UNIFYD healing. Come on, Spanish.
No audio. Wait. How's it? Oh, wait. It's loading?
No audio? No audio. Animated ban oh, a banner. Okay. So that's a banner.
Let's see. They spend any more money here? 9¢, 3¢. I mean, I guess the cost per per interaction is pretty low, but, yeah, a 123 of that k of that went to an English speaking ad in a Portuguese Spanish country where maybe 5% actually speak English. That's that's really brilliant.
That's golf clap. Alright. Let's look at Japan. Japan, 12.6 k. We have one UNIFYD system there, one, which is great because they were actually getting something, and it looks like it's in Japanese.
That's awesome. UNIFYD Healing in Japan. That's awesome. Okay. That's the one of the only countries I found where they got their ad spend.
United Kingdom. There is a lot of systems in The United Kingdom. It looks like they spent a $121.03 on expenditures for UNIFYD healing. That is sad. There's multiple UNIFYD healing centers there.
Argentina, I'm not even sure. I don't think anything was spent there. Oh my god. In Argentina well, no. We have one center in Argentina that hasn't been installed yet, and they spent $559 on the what does the EES system has.
It's very random to alright. What's our bigger markets here? We got Canada. Let's take a look at Canada. Multiple UNIFYD healing system.
They have spent $57.08 in Canada on Healman's Best Friend. And what is the EESystem? Okay. Okay. Let's let's do Mexico.
Thirty— $342. Alright. Well, let's do Ireland. There we go. $1.02.
It's amazing. Netherlands, we have systems that are on UNIFYD Healing. What do they spend in The Netherlands? $227.02 in Spain. That's at least one UNIFYD union in Spain.
A $112. There we go. Germany popped up. $79.08. Okay.
Alright. I think I think all the leads people were getting were based off of the spend we were doing for influencers and possibly some kickback from UNIFYD TV. Because when I go into the UNIFYD TV ad spend, people are gonna freak out. I'll be like, well, maybe that's not where it will no. It shows it.
It's just not being spent where it should be. BE Belgium, a $111.08 on two ads. Let's see if it's even a different language. Video on Facebook only.
58 year old with a history of colon cancer
Cool. Spread to uterine cancer. And guess,
Hundred and seventy five dollars and nine cents on two ads. Alright. Alright. Australia's not coming up at all, which is really strange. I'm guessing there's no spend there, which even Austria.
$11.05 in Greece. Okay. Okay. Romania. $45.05, one ad.
Okay. Israel. Try Israel. That that's pulling up the top spend ones apparently. $544.08 spent in Israel.
That's oh, wait. We have a UNIFYD healing in Korea. No spending in Korea. Put South Korea. Nothing in Korea.
I mean, let's just go back to Brazil again. Hello? What? McFly? But I just I mean, US has.
Let's go to The US here really quick. I mean, look at
these centers in The United States, and The US has 13 k of spend. So if anyone's wondering why there's no leads, it's because someone didn't spend any money. Mind you, I gave him 500 k for the initial spend to support system owners. This this guy is not doing any justice. This guy, not doing any justice to what he said he was gonna do where he was driving leads, which is wild.
Now, I'm gonna remove just so people don't think that UNIFYD TV is just for some reason, doing ad spend. Alright. Let's take a look here. Submit. Year to date.
Year to date in The US, two hundred and twenty eight thousand and two two eight point six k. We got see if any of this looks like UNIFYD healing, pyramid code, med beds, free energy. Biggest spend is on UNIFYD the pyramid code. Part two is here, $87,000. Anything for UNIFYD healing.
Okay. No. Well, he's got Robert Grant on here for 12 k. Okay. That's something.
12 k additional spend on top of the other 13 k in The US, and it's interesting. Anything else? He's got artists. He's got Ray. Disclosure disclosure disclosure.
Lots of disclosure. We got Elon for something Ayahuasca. Disclosure. All this is UNIFYD TV content he's promoting. That's page two of 22.
I guess let's go to page three of 22. I mean, the the ad spend here is like $300. The top top spends are the highest. They just keep going down, but still nothing for UNIFYD healing. We're down to like a $160 margin here.
$82, $6. You see anything for UNIFYD healing? Nope. But we got something for Jason, the transformation. And let's just keep going and see if there's anything pops up for UNIFYD healing.
No. All UNIFYD TV content. He's trying to build that that big network of wanna be Netflix. Mhmm. Alright.
Alright. Still nothing for UNIFYD Healing or EES, UNIFYD TV, UNIFYD TV, all UNIFYD TV. I mean, I could keep going here, but we have the watch disclosure now, the TLS. Alright. Well, this is all clearly UNIFYD TV.
So, let's go back. All channels. So let's, so 228.6 k in The US. United Kingdom. Let's see what they're spending there.
495.2 k this year. Wow. Canada. 369.4 k in Canada. Well, let's go back to The UK and make sure they're in they're not marketing.
I mean, they couldn't just be marketing UNIFYD TV here, but, well, top ad spends all look like TV. Let's check out. We did Canada. So we got 700 k ish. Let me go back.
We're in Canada. So three sixteen well, let's let's let's recap. UK, almost half a mil. Canada, we're at just sub one mil. United States, we're over one mil.
I think I did the numbers like 1.5, 1.6. India, I don't know why you'd even pay to be in India. Oh, 4.1 k. Okay. Australia.
Okay. Here's Australia fine. So there's no Australia UNIFYD Healing, but they've for UNIFYD TV, 33. Let's see. Any of this?
No. All UNIFYD TV. Okay. Top ones are UNIFYD TV. I'm actually really curious to see what if he spent anything in Brazil with his stuff.
Ireland UNIFYD TV. Let's let's try Brazil since that one was a giant wild card for UNIFYD healing. Alright. So UNIFYD Healing and UNIFYD TV are highly marketed in Brazil. A let's look it up.
Languages by percentage in Brazil. Portuguese, ninety seven point nine ninety seven point nine of the population speaks Portuguese. Oh, there's some German, I'm guessing from the when Hitler went from all the Germans left Germany and went to South America somehow. There's some German there. That's random.
Spanish is 1.3% of the population. English is point 5% of the population. Oh my god. I was so wrong at 5%. It's point 5% of And he I'm gonna guess this is all in English.
Well, let's click on 27.5 k went on this one to Brazil. A point five We're learning how Oh. To balls. We're learning how to make money. We're learning It's English.
So whoever is spending money on Brazil, I I I have questions. I have so many questions. Alright. We're back. So Ad Clarity, you can kinda see the advertising dollars are going, in certain places, and UNIFYD Healing should have at least a million dollars in ad spend that wasn't there.
I mean, you saw the numbers, and a lot of the ad spend was in August, September. It should have been throughout the year, and it was there's that Brazil thing. I have questions, Jason. Why why why was so much money dumped into Brazil? It's so weird.
Again, prove me wrong. You're supposed to provide this to the court or make a video with fully auditable metadata from your Meta account, which you can provide to the court after you make the video, the full full audible data. I don't see that spend. We didn't see the ads. Saw a lot of ads for UNIFYD TV.
So please comply with the court. Where'd the money go, Jason? Why do I keep having to ask this? Where'd the money go? And, yeah, please note in that video too, the year to date for for twenty two zero four, the the spend shows on graph, August, September only.
From May or February, I forget what it was, he was supposed to be running ads. People were giving him millions of dollars. I was giving him millions of dollars.
And this was to get leads for center owners. Correct?
Yeah. This is we call it asses in seats for And center
I heard that the leads that were sent to a bunch of center owners, because I've spoken to a of them in the last year having done some events with your mom and on my own, that so many of the leads had no idea why they were being called about coming to a center.
Well, if you're showed an ad for UNIFYD TV and you thought you were getting a spiritual Netflix Mhmm. Then and someone calls you and says, come to my center. Wait. What? You could see why people would be a little confused.
Yeah. Even if the name sounds similar, I mean, you know, it's I'm actually not even sure if it's legal to run ads. Maybe someone should look that up. It's actually legal to run ads for one product and then give the leads to someone else.
Yeah. It's it's beyond it's an ice cold lead because the person actually isn't being drawn into something that they're looking for.
There's that. But is it legal to actually mark do ad spend on one product and then give the leads to another aspect of the company to sell them something anyway. Great. So an interesting thing in that video clip, Australia is a big market for EESystem owners in the UNIFYD Healing Project. I think there was upwards of 20 people there.
I couldn't find any spend in Australia. It was crazy. So again, let's comply with the court. Show us the proof. I mean, you know, it pulls up for Ray.
Did you see the ads for you're not big on social media.
I'm not. And this was during the phase where, as I mentioned before, I kind of distanced myself because I just felt something didn't feel right.
Yeah. I mean, was on Instagram, Facebook, everywhere. It was ads for for Ray and disclosure disclosure join the the the movement.
I would see those on YouTube every so often.
Did you ever see a UNIFYD healing ad for go to a EESystem Center? No. I've asked that question to a lot of people. It's No. Always the same.
I never saw EESystem mentioned in any context of UNIFYD when I had any optics on UNIFYD in So my
I mean, there were over 300 centers on UNIFYD Healing giving a thousand a month. A lot of them were prepaying tw—20 k for a two year contract.
300 centers giving a thousand a month. So we're talking $300,000 a month from the centers alone.
A 250,000 to 300, because some of them were doing packages where if they paid in advance, so it was 20 k for two years.
But they were prepaying for marketing that a lot of them alleged they never received. A lot them reached
out So basically, $3,000,000 coming from centers. He showed me a p and l,
and let's put that p and l up while we're talking. He showed me a p and l that UNIFYD Healing made $10,000,000 and showed $5,000,000 in profit when he was trying to sell me UNIFYD Healing. And he's like, you'll you'll buy this for, you know, millions of dollars. You'll make your money back in two
Right. And I was just like, dude, the math isn't mathing. It was a hard sell up until the point of where, you know, math isn't mathing. The math is the math. And so I'm a quote for for UNIFYD Heals Marketing.
This is a quote from their their marketing. Ads, 40% of your UNIFYD healing agreement goes towards a UNIFYD healing local ads campaign on Meta around your center once you open. This means individual individuals in your area will receive digital ads with a call to action to book a session at your center. So $400 out of every thousand dollars a month should have been we should be able to see that somewhere. Mhmm.
And I was matching ad spend. So there was a lot of money going into ads for EESystem Centers, people that people weren't getting leads.
Wasn't there also a very strange thing that everyone who signed up to be part of UNIFYD had some sort of coercion that they couldn't cancel or they faced some stiff penalty?
Well, was a it was a it was a really weird contract. Yes. It was
It was a weird ecclesiastical contract that we didn't even see until we got into the weeds. It said that you're going in the private domain, and this is a donation, and he's a church entity. Which is always super trustworthy, right? Right. I mean, you know, I guess we I'm not gonna theorize on what that was all for.
I don't wanna get in trouble. But it's a little shifty. And then there's a clause in there saying that, you know, if the there's a $100,000,000 ecclesiastic administrative remedy if you breach the contract. That sounds pretty scary.
It sounds intense, but it also sounds like a really, really obvious move as to the hand that you're showing. But what do I know? I don't really know anything.
Well, I mean, there should be millions spent on UNIFYD healing. The court is asking him to prove it, and so far he's Can I ask a question?
Yeah. Where'd the money go?
Now you're asking it. Everyone else should be asking it.
I'm getting the gist of this.
Yeah. It's like, I mean, if you're a benevolent secret society and you're sending some guy in to to do marketing and all of a sudden, no one can account for the money. There's a lot of money. There's millions of dollars that we just wanna know where it went. So in closing, we wanna talk more about the software and Religa, but you know, EES legal team is prepared to serve more details on Religa and Shurka.
We have a really strong case, but there's a lot I can't say. And when we can say it, leave it leave a note in the comments if you want us to continue to educate you about where the case is going. I know a lot of people don't wanna read the court stuff. It's long. So let me know, and we'll do another video.
To wrap up, please go visit EESystem Center. They have been impacted the hardest way with the actions of Jason Shurka. And I'm I really apologize to any of the center owners watching. It was extremely selfish. I can't stress that enough.
We we we tried. We really did try to figure this out by
the genuine bunch of people too. They want the the center owners. They're some of the most genuine people I've ever met.
Yeah. I know. I mean, go go to a center. They're great people. They they've been really hard impacted with this this drama.
Buy some packages from the EES centers in your area. Visit a center while traveling. Book some overnight sessions. You know, we're a great community that just kind of got a giant Remember the original mortar and
thrown test. Into the still worked just as well as it did when the swell was there. Nothing has changed fundamentally about how the technology impacts health.
Yeah. And you know, you can help the centers while improving your wellness. Yeah. As a reminder, EES website lists all the authentic EESystems centers out there. So take a look at eesystem.com.
There's a find a center tab. Remember that the the real EES ecosystem and efficacy is supported by decades of clinical studies backed by medical doctors working in the wellness space, including this gentleman sitting next to me. He's been part of the
research team. Got some clinical research. So there's scientific research and clinical research that is varied in the researchers authoring the papers and the studies, which is not the same inversely, but we'll talk about that in another episode.
Yeah, and Jason has a really large social media following. So again, like, comment, subscribe, share. If you know some people that need to hear this information, please share it with them because we have a small social media following. We started off with very little because we were putting all of our eggs into the Jason Shurka basket and marketing, and he took to the Internet in a storm and everyone believed him. So plea please do share this.
We need the truth to get out there, and you can be our our messenger and help us and help the center owners. You know, close on. Beware of those who claim to be to beware of those who claim to profess the truth, but fail to provide evidence to support narratives and claims. Remain aligned by the truth for the truth. And, Roland, do you have anything to wrap up there?
Don't fall for needing to look for your guru. Use your own intuition when it comes to people claiming that they have the exact thing you need. If it seems a little too perfect, it almost certainly is. Absolutely. Amen.
Well, thank you everyone for watching. Sorry this wasn't more of a
Love and Light episode, but, again, stay aligned by the truth for the truth. We'll see you next time.
